Since Lacys commonly have a unique white patch on their chest, they are often identified, and even named in some cases because of what that patch brings to mind. We have a pup here that has one of the more unique marking that I have ever seen, and I truly hope that the person he goes home with names him accordingly... If he was going to stay, I would have to call him Seven! Pics shortly!

Here's the little fella! Not so sure what he should be called, but to me he's magnificent! Pardon the quality of the pic. He was not in the mood at all!

A young man that grew up down the road from me is planning on getting A Lacy. He's in the Army an lives in Louisiana now. Last I heard hes on a wait list and will get a male dog in July or August. His father told me he was coming home in August. So I will see the pup and get him started on training. If I had a crystal ball I think that one may end up with me. I am searching for a good male now but I'm a person that likes to be prepared. I need to build an indoor kennel and an outdoor kennel. The outdoor kennel is easy I have a spot picked out and an excavator coming when the ground is dry enough. The indoor kennel will take some remodeling. I was already told by my wife the dog is part of the family and can't be outside all the time. See what I mean I'm out numberedAs far as registering Sadie its my personal preference not to do so until she meets breed standard. I already know she's a pure breed and I know her roots.

Looks like the inside kennel is pretty well setup! We put up a 5x15 kennel for Jackson outside only when we are not home and are attempting to make sure he doesn't get himself into trouble.
