Clifford I know you have access to video equipment. Install the camera pointing toward the commonly damaged panel and just wait. Once the damage has been done, document and call Animal Control, show him the video and demand something be done. I don't know the court process where you are but we summons people into court to resolve just such issues in front of the judge. Bring your receipts, your video and still photos of the damage. Check your local ordinances because most jurisdictions have one about animals at large and nuisance animals that cause damage to property.

Nothing has happened!

I didn't see the neighbor's dog this weekend, though. They must have had him in the house..

When Clifford gets home with the camera, I think I'll take a picture of the fence to show you. I've never seen patchwork quite like it!
