Oooooops! Poor Otis. A month or so ago we were loading ALL the dogs in the backseat to go to the dump (their highlight of the month)! anyway, I slammed poor Otis's tail in the door. He yelped a little bit but I never thought another thing about it. He wasn't acting funny about it but in retrospect I didn't try running my hand down it either. This weekend I was running my hand down his tail, which is hairier than the other lacys, and felt a turn at the bottom 1 1/2-2 inches of his tail. It's not a 90 degree, more like a 120. It's broken in the same direction as his back so it looks like his tail set is a little more curvier than the normal lacy dog. So next time you see him no making fun of him. He has sensitive feelings.
