Copper says hey from NW Alabama, and yes he is sticking out his tongue at the camera. He's about 3. He had a blue brother, but he bumped him off awhile back.

I think his beauty comes from not having a lot of white!

BTW..Zevi is Dixie's sire. She's a lot like her daddy too..is relentless in her driving and baying the horses. Nip the heels, nip the nose, hang by the tail. Lauren and I watched Lila and Dixie drop, crouch and slink across the pasture this weekend sneaking up on the horses. Not like they are going to do anything to avoid the dogs either. I suppose it's part of the instinct and the game.

Oh, Rebecca...that is exactly what Lace does. The highlight of her day is going to the barn to get horses up to feed. She does the crouch thing and then for some reason always picks on the same horse first. She gets after him and he heads straight to his stall at a lope. She also goes for the front end and the tail.....so afraid she might get kicked one day. After that one is in, she goes and gets the other favorite one. I think I am going to have to start putting her e collar on to make her listen when it is time to stop. She keeps barking at them after they are already in their stalls...and enough is enough....job accomplished!
