Well yeah I have never seen one !!!  Some questions what is it ,is it fresh water , can you eat them and do they taste good ? How much those weight ? Are they only in Louisiana ? |

We call them a spoonbill catfish around here! Some ppl call them paddlefish! They are a river fish that likes moving water around locks and dams! They are VERY GOOD EATING and a plus is they have no bones at all! Just one cartlidge filled back bone thingy! The one i'm holding wieghs around 20 lbs the ones on the table one is 46 lbs and the other is 52 lbs!

They aren't in many places anymore in fact in louisiana your only allowed 2 per person per day! i USE to catch them in Illinois and over there they don't have a limit to them

No clifford we weren't snagging we would ACCIDENTLY catch them while catfishing with size 8 and 10 treble hooks using grass shrimp one shrimp at a time though didn't want to over weigh the hooks! LMAO |

I was gonna post a video of my last trip, but decided it may be a bad idea. Did y'all know home made explosives are illegal, and there would be no need in anybody incriminating themselves. Besides somebody might recognise my fishin hole.
It was kinda funny watchin my one legged buddy and me push that wheel barrow on crutches though. ;D
