+++ OK Bluedog, since Clifford is probably stuffing his face somewhere I'll tellyou what I ate today. You have probably heard of boudin, well today I had seafood boudin made with crawfish, shrimp, and other fish instead of pork. Also had some good cracklins with lots of meat on them--- just a light meal. Then I snacked on some hogshead cheese with a glass of wine. I live about 12 miles south of Lafayette in the heart of cajun country with my 3 Lacys and the rest of the family. the welcome sign is out anytime. Later Len +++

I have suffered through Muffaletto sandwiches, Jambalaya, and a huge Crawfish Boil since I got here... Just made a giant Lamburger, for myself and my sister, and washed that down with a large frosty BEER!
I think my diet is pretty well blown, but whose complaining?

All that time I spent in La and I didn't know a Muffaletto sandwich was Cajun. I love those!
